A 50% advance payment (non-refundable) is required at the time of booking confirmation.
The remaining 50% balance payment is due one month prior to the date of arrival.
E-Tickets and Voucher:

E-tickets and vouchers will be provided three days before the departure date. These documents will contain important information for your trip.
Check-In and Check-Out Times:

Check-in time at all properties is at 02:00 PM.
Check-out time at all properties is at 12:00 PM (Noon).
Child Policy:

Children below 5 years of age will receive complimentary accommodation and services.
Rates and Sharing:

The rates mentioned are per person rates based on double sharing accommodation.
Unused Services:

There will be no refund or compensation for any unused services or transport, regardless of the circumstances.

In the event of accommodation not becoming available at any of the above mentioned hotels we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.
Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
